Product Owner

As a Product Owner you will:

  • Liaise with Business/Portfolio leads to contribute towards product strategy and vision
  • Work with UX team to define Personas and Customer Journeys
  • Coordinate with Business Leads, Programme Lead and Client Product Owner to define the product roadmap
  • Contribute to product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions as well as sprint reviews, and ensure the team clearly understand the vision and business outcomes
  • Defining user stories and acceptance criteria and liaising with business stakeholders to gather all the requirements
  • Understanding key customer personas and user journeys based on product platform
  • Working closely with the Business Analysts/Marketing teams to produce clear product specifications and designs
  • Continuously engaging the Programme team and Client Business lead to ensure the team is building the right products
  • Good understanding of functional domain (Retail/Telco/CPG) and platforms (SFCC, SAP, Adobe)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Lean environment focusing on iterative delivery

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as SAFe, SCRUM and Kanban
  • Experience in Digital implementation programmes
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
